Jamie’s been in the carpentry game since 2010, working on everything from bench joinery to site builds and just about everything in between. He’s all about putting in solid, honest work and making sure every job’s done right.

James first trained in carpentry at college from 2008 to 2010, working in the trade for several years before spending time working on his family’s farm.
After seven years away, he’s back doing what he loves most — creating quality work with a hands-on approach and a real eye for detail.
He’s especially passionate about exterior garden projects, with dreams of building lodges and maybe one day restoring a home.

Sam jumped into carpentry at just 16, working in the trade until he was 23 before branching out to learn different trades and gain new skills. Now at 27, he’s found his love for carpentry again — bringing a great eye for detail, solid graft, and a positive attitude to every job.

This solid wood garden gate is the ideal choice if you’re looking for a strong, practical, and stylish gate with a timeless rustic feel. Perfect for pathways, garden entrances, courtyards, or any outdoor project where quality matters.
Each table and bench is handmade in our North Devon workshop using chunky timber sections and traditional joinery techniques. The design features strong X-frame legs with pegged detailing and a solid plank top with softly rounded edges.
Each table is individually made by hand, using proper mortice & tenon joinery for real strength and stability — no flimsy flat-pack fixings, no shortcuts. Finished in a clear varnish to enhance the natural grain and warm golden tones of the iroko. Perfect as a sofa side table, bedside table, or plant stand, with a practical lower slatted shelf for books, baskets or décor.
